POLICY RETURN DATES
We understand how frustrating it is to receive an item ordered online that isn't right. And we want you to be happy with all of your purchases from Little Anna.
So you have 30 days to return an item, unused, in all original packaging for a refund/exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is not of acceptable quality, or fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description, in which case your rights under the Australian Consumer Law will prevail. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at hello@littleanna.com.au to apply for your refund/ exchange.
ITEMS WITH SIGNS OF USE
Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us page and send us an email. We will reply within 48 hours of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@littleanna.com.au
SHIPPING To return your product please email us at hello@littleanna.com.au for instructions. We will answer your email within 48 hours. If the product is faulty, not as described, or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you receive a refund for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
